Multicultural Cooking Club
We're looking for people to plan it together! (English below)
やること
１ 日本で生活している、海外にルーツを持つ方と一緒に
２ 故郷の料理や思い出深い家庭料理を実際に作り
３ 料理の背景や、日頃の生活文化、新しい土地での暮らしについて、おしゃべりし
４ Facebookで30分くらい配信する
コンセプト
・食べるという行為を通して、異なる文化を体験し、身近に感じたい
・国や地域の名前でひとりひとりをくくらないようにしたい
・ちょっとした思い出やエピソードを大切に話したい
そのほかの情報
・謝礼あり
・材料費など、企画のための予算あり
・日本語以外の言葉でコミュニケーションを取る必要があれば、ご相談ください。
What we do:
1. Together with people who have roots in other countries,
2. We cook home-style dishes from various parts of the world.
3 We take time to have a chat about the background and culture of the dishes.
4. We also broadcast it on Facebook for about 30 minutes.
Concept:
- Through the act of eating, we want to feel close to different cultures.
- We would like to hear personal memories and episodes
- and understand each person without devalue him/her as a mere example of a certain country
Other information:
- Planning fee will be paid.
- We have a budget for materials and expenses.
- We are ready to discuss what language we should communicate in.
